alright that's not very funny i know. been quite a tiring weekend for me, not being able to get some decent sleep even though i know i'm tired. havoc weekend i must say! sleeping at 3am+ on a friday after ATEC, waking up at 8am to pass my friend my camera. heading out to bugis to buy psp with my younger brother. walking around bugis area and then heading to chinatown to collect islander cards from my cousin. walked around eating lunch bla bla.
took another bus to orchard and spent about almost 2hrs in that cd shop in pacific plaza testing out various cds, along side my akg 701 and 271. bought a bob sinclair cd in the end. happening i must say! groove to the beats.
had my younger brother collect my canon hood for me. 10bucks so just get to protect my lens and make my whole body balance.
in total. i spent about $110 or around there.
breakfast at 9am - porridge + tea = $3.30
lunch at 1pm burger king at bugis - chicken sandwich meal with orion rings and added cheese = $7.90
psp modifications = $10 + casing $8 = $18
lens hood = $10
tea break lunch at chinatown - curry chicken noodles ( shared ) with chendol + two baos ( shared ) = $6.10
bob sinclair cd = $46.90
dinner at far east square - cheesy beef fries + milk tea + super wings = $8.90
transport using cash = $2.80 + top up of ezlink = $12.80
TOTAL damage for today = S$113.90

LOL. if he ever posts his pictures up for comments, i doubt will even get up to a hundred word worth of replies man. i'm a lazy shooter. i don't bring my camera everywhere to show off what i have. i only shoot when there's a need.

some house of my dad's friend. very very big house with a 'park' on the open spaced 3rd story and underground entertainment room. with 60" projector screen and pool table. the classic one was how a mahjong table was just there!
alot of auspicious sculptures i must say. kois worth tens of thousands. catering food for 6tables of friends and relatives. with hard liquor included. food wasn't good at all from what my parents say...
but one thing i detest was... yeah the owner was really rich but no personal touch to the house himself. that's something i'm really looking forward to. maybe something like Joseph's house would appeal to me alot better.

another year where we have nothing much to do on the first day of cny... so my family decided to go to sentosa walk walk but we didn't expected the bridge queue to be so freaking long that my dad didn't wanna go. so we picked up hashbrown and headed to the zoo! a place where my younger brother would wanna go... hahahaha! awww... =P

after zoo was a quick limp back home and dinner at my uncle's house and then to my mum's family side. a quick stop there and the day was really gone!

it was like the shortest bus ride to macpherson! but the longest one home... =)
it's been sucha short week at work. and celebrations galore! not really looking forward to every dinner but more of just meeting up with cousins and chit chatting. and nonetheless, my big mouth younger brother has to spread the news to everyone! great.
oh yeah! we had yusheng in camp on wednesday just before we booked out around 10am+. had a good dinner but not really filling. after dinner, i just headed out to chinatown to meet up with hashbrown, kieth and mr bird guru to shoot some fireworks! the location was nice but just wrong.
i was a lil' right with the building blocking the fireworks thingy but i didn't expect the smoke from the firecrackers to be sooo smoky till being on the 21th floor. we can smell the smoke and it just destroyed my hope of a great picture. but just post some for fun =). hahaha! squeezing right after the fireworks are madness. couldn't move yet ppls would just wanna squeeze some backside or something...
OLD OLD ppls would just try to squeeze with the major crowd for unknown reasons and some wide angled lady brought a dog along and still dare to scream at others not to push. right after cny midnight... what would ppls expect? cisco to clear the road for them? i'm fine with the pushing except for my bleeding open wound foot. i had no problem pushing around and making a way out... hahaha!

my hoot for the night! a cute little 'pig rat potato' .... actually its this grass weed thingy where it would grow some grass on the head. supposed to bring us some good luck!
